How do I trade in at a store?

Trading-in at one of our Carhartt Company Stores (excluding Orlando, FL factory location) is the quickest way to get credit for your gear! Prior to visiting, we kindly ask you to review our eligibility requirements, including category and condition on our trade-in page here. One of our trained store associates will review and process your items, and if eligible, issue you a digital Carhartt gift card you can use on the spot! You can also keep your Carhartt digital gift card for future use at any of our Carhartt Company stores, Carhartt.com, or right here on Carhartt Reworked. If you are unsure if your gear is eligible, one of our associates will be happy to review it with you and let you know if it is eligible and the trade-in value you may receive.
Is there a limit of how much I can trade-in?

We have a limit of $500 in payout credit per trade-in order.
How will I receive credit for my gear and where can I use it?

Once your gear is processed, a digital gift card will be issued to your email and can be redeemed on Carhartt.com, Carhartt Company retail store, or right here on Carhartt Reworked!
What if I cannot locate the in-seam tag or it is illegible to read?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any items for trade-in by mail or in-store without the tag that identifies the style number and product information.
