How are payments processed?

When your order is placed, we put a temporary authorization hold for the full order amount on your card. Once your order ships, we will hard-post the charge and the temporary authorization will drop off within a day or two, depending on your bank. The charge on your statement will show up as a charge from Carhartt Reworked + Trove Recommerce.


What is your cancellation policy?

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing your order online. After 30 minutes, your order will begin processing through our fulfillment center and cannot be cancelled.

What is your return policy?

We accept Carhartt Reworked returns for any gear purchased within 30 days of purchase, that still remains in its listed condition. We are unable to accept returns after this window.

Are returns free?

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returns outside of this window.
