CONFIRM ELIGIBILITY

We are only able to offer payout credit for pre-owned gear that meet our quality standards. We are unable to issue a credit for items with any of the following issues:

Heavy or excessive wear (see examples)
Embedded pet hair
Missing essential components (i.e., detachable hood, rain covers, backpack straps, etc.)
